• Gift wrap (picture 2) is £2.00 and covers the cost of the stationary. We cannot add a message unless the gift wrap and message (picture 3) costing £2.50 have been chosen
  
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, do keep them safe
• Our paper vouchers cannot be used online
• All vouchers are sent tracked through Royal Mail, you can choose 24 or 48 hours service. This is to ensure they can't go missing in the post
• Please note vouchers will be posted the day after the payment has been received. You will have a tracking number sent to you when they have been delivered
• You can collect your voucher the next day from our Norwich branch to save on postage. Tuesday to Saturday 9.30-5.00
